Portable Linux install
Use AppImage when you want a portable Linux app path and future in-app update behavior.
Not in this public beta
The current public beta release only includes Linux installers. Windows should come back once a matching .exe artifact is published and verified.
Trust note: The website should not offer a Windows download until the release actually contains a Windows installer.
Coming after signing
macOS is not live yet because we do not want to ship a rough installer path we cannot support well.
System requirements
- Linux desktop environment for this public beta
- Debian/Ubuntu for the
.debinstaller, or AppImage-capable Linux desktop - 4 GB RAM minimum; 8 GB+ recommended for large repositories
- Git and your project package manager available in PATH
Install instructions
- Download the Linux
.debor AppImage. - Open SHASUMS256.txt and verify the file hash.
- Install the
.debon Debian/Ubuntu, or mark the AppImage executable and run it. - Open your repository folder in Terminal Pro.
Checksums and release metadata
If the checksum does not match, do not run the installer. Contact support before continuing.
