RinaWarp should feel trustworthy not only in execution, but in how we handle purchase, support, and product data.

What we collect

We may collect billing information through Stripe, support and feedback submissions, website analytics, and limited product telemetry needed to understand reliability, updates, and launch issues.

Desktop telemetry is intended for product health and workflow outcomes, not full repository content by default.

Execution model and data flow

Terminal Pro runs commands and file operations on your machine in your local environment unless you explicitly trigger a cloud workflow.

Support bundles or diagnostics are transmitted when you intentionally submit them. We use submitted diagnostics to debug issues and improve reliability.

Retention and processors

We retain data for operations, legal obligations, support continuity, and abuse prevention, then delete or anonymize where practical.

Stripe processes billing data. Infrastructure and analytics providers may process operational metadata on our behalf under contractual controls.

Your rights and contact

You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we control, subject to legal and operational constraints.
