Early Access policy
What Early Access means here.
Early Access should never be a vague excuse. It means the product is real, paid, and supportable, but some platform, update, and workflow edges are still being tightened in public.
Current Early Access release
1.1.14 is the current public Linux release. The website download routes always point at the latest working installer for each platform, with release metadata and checksums published alongside them.
What is still intentionally limited
macOS is not launched yet. Windows signing is still a follow-up trust investment. Automatic updates are still being validated as a real installed-build pipeline, so manual download remains the safest default expectation until that validation is fully complete.
How billing and restore work
Early Access access is anchored to your billing email and the restore path in the app/account flow. If access drifts, use restore first, then contact support and we can recover it from the billing record without making you guess.
Refunds, cancellations, and updates
If you need help with cancellation, billing questions, or a reasonable launch-stage refund request, contact support@rinawarptech.com. We would rather handle an issue clearly than let a billing or trust problem sit unresolved.
Until the updater path is fully proven across installed builds, treat the canonical website download and published checksums as the safest release surface.
