Terms

Terms for RinaWarp Terminal Pro Early Access.

These terms are intentionally plain. Early Access means real software, real support, and honest boundaries while the product is still hardening.

Use of the product

RinaWarp Terminal Pro is provided by RinaWarp Technologies, LLC for professional and personal workflow use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, especially for builds, deploys, file changes, and other high-impact actions.

You remain responsible for repositories, infrastructure, secrets, and release decisions. RinaWarp assists execution but does not replace human review for production-impact actions.

Billing and subscriptions

Paid access is sold as an Early Access subscription through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, and paid features remain available through the current paid period unless otherwise stated.

If billing is canceled or payment fails, paid features may be limited or removed at the end of the applicable billing period. For billing issues, contact support@rinawarptech.com with your billing email.

Acceptable use

Do not use the product for unlawful activity, credential theft, malware operations, unauthorized system access, or abuse of third-party systems. We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, non-payment, or security risk.

Warranties, liability, and support boundaries

The product is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every suggested action is correct for your environment.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, RinaWarp Technologies, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost revenue, data, or goodwill from product use.

Early Access support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis. We aim to be responsive and honest, but we do not promise enterprise-grade response times yet.
